Luke Littler has splashed the cash on a massive new mansion for his family after winning the World Darts Championship for the second year in a row - and the extravagant purchase says a lot about how thoughtful and mature the young darts star is.

The 18-year-old prodigy has made a very smart first purchase with his £1million prize money, securing a luxury mansion of the same value, which will be given to his mum and dad, according to the Daily Mail. The home features a hot tub, solar panels and a vast open-plan kitchen that accommodates multiple guests. Mum Lisa and dad Anthony are overjoyed by their son's success and were the catalysts in making his childhood dream a reality.

A source told the Daily Mail that Littler wants the property to be his family's forever home. "Luke's a young man," they said. "He's bought this place and is living there with his mum and dad, but in time he'll spread his wings, and the hope is they will stay there. It's not a bad Christmas present for them, but it's only what they deserve, having done everything to help him get where he is today."

Littler finished runner-up to Luke Humphries in 2024. That year, the 16-year-old humbly revealed that the first thing he thought of spending his £200,000 payday on was FIFA points - in-game currency for the video game now known as EAFC.

Littler took his spending further in 2025, when he won the tournament for the very first time on his second attempt. Littler secured £500,000 for his efforts and relocated the family from their £180,000 semi-detached home to a £6,000-per-month property on Millionaire's Row in Cheshire.

Now, in his third year of competing at the highest level, Littler has levelled up the spending once more with a five-bedroom house, which estate agents have described as a "stunning extended family home". The purchase says a lot about Littler, who has prioritised looking after his family and their future together rather than making unnecessary purchases - a very mature decision for a young man.

In addition to its five bedrooms, the property features a bathroom for each one. There is also a landscaped garden, double garage and driveway space for multiple vehicles. The master bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, a separate dressing room and a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. The home was last exchanged five years ago for £710,000, before being valued at £1m last year.

Further attractive features include underfloor heating, a log-burning stove, bi-fold doors, wine coolers and a high-spec kitchen. Outside, there are artificial lawns, raised beds, a bar area, resin patios and a hot tub beneath a pergola. Gifting the home to his parents enforces the notion that Littler wants to retain the family dynamic despite his soaring success - a smart move that keeps the teenager humble and retains a form of normality within the family home.

Littler first picked up darts at 18 months when the family were living in Runcorn, before relocating to Warrington. Attending Padgate Academy, Littler lived in a semi-detached home with his mum, dad and sister Caitlin before fame and money hit the family hard and fast.

In addition to the property purchase, Littler bought his first car in November - a £39,000 BMW 120i, just a few days after passing his driving test. Speaking about how he'll spend the bundles of cash he's earned, he said: "I'm into football cards at the minute, so I might have to treat myself to a few boxes. Just a few.

"Panini cards, Topps cards, anything. It's Angry Ginge's fault, really; he got me into Whatnot. You bid, and they will open a box, and then they say, 'You get Cristiano Ronaldo, you get a Ronaldo card.' I will treat myself to that."

He continued: "Obviously, it's a lot of money. I'm the first player to break the £2m mark. Hopefully, I can try and get up to £3m. Obviously, the money's there. I've said it before in the past, us as a family we've never had this sort of money. So, I'm not going to go and waste it.

"I'm not going to change. I'm not going to start buying stuff. I'll just stay as I am. I don't need to change. This is me as I am. Even when I'm at home, I'm the same person. I'm just a darts player at the end of the day. People call me a celebrity, but I'm just a boy living his dream."
